Images shown on the website are only for view and actual delivered flowers design, shape, image shall vary as flowers are sourced from local city vendor, designed manually.
Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
Flowers can be substituted. Due to seasonal constraints if any flower is not available then we would replace it with any other flower of same or higher value.
Being perishable in nature, neither Flowers2gift.com nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.
Delivery charges may vary as per city locations.
Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. They will be delivered seperately.
Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer
This disclaimer is applicable on all types of deliveries of all types of orders placed on Flowers2Gift.com
For same-day standard time delivery: All orders must be received by Flowers2gift.com before 2:00 pm IST.
For same-day fixed time delivery: All orders must be received by Flowers2gift.com before 2:00 pm IST.
For same-day midnight delivery: All orders must be received by Flowers2gift.com before 2:00 pm IST.
Currently Flowers2gift.com delivers within certain Cities, Courier Cities and Remote Cities.
Kindly note that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
Delivery may take longer due to: Bad weather conditions, Political disruptions, Other unforeseen circumstances, Unavailability of the product etc. To overcome this situation we suggest that before any major occasions, you place your order at least seven days in advance.
For all the perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery only once, no re-delivery is possible. If delivery is not executed during that attempt than also you shall still be charged for that order. We will consider the order completed if Wrong shipping/delivery address provided, Recipient not available, Premises are locked, Recipient refuses to accept the delivery, etc.
In all the above cases we will try our best to deliver the order. For that we will call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time or we can leave the order in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, society office or other entrance) or we can leave the order with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information or whatever best we can do according to the situation.
If there is no one available to receive the order at the provided shipping address, at the requested time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned above.
Proof of delivery will be provided by Flowers2Gift.com in case of any dispute in delivery.
Deliveries are made on Sundays and on Public Holidays for products that are hand delivered.
For all the national holidays, delivery would be done on the next working day.
In case of natural calamities, heavy rains, floods, national bandh, election schedule, festival times, traffic jams, curfews etc. Flowers2Gift.com reserves the right to reschedule the delivery accordingly.
For all Midnight Deliveries: Delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on the chosen delivery date. Please choose a date prior to the date of occasion.
We will try our best to provide midnight delivery according to the above mentioned time frame but in some regions due to security concerns midnight delivery order can be delivered before/after the mentioned time frame. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best to provide a midnight delivery.
For all Fix Time Deliveries: We cannot commit exact time of delivery. We will try our best to deliver the order in provided time frame.
For all courier deliveries, a third party courier agency is involved. All the deliveries made by them are subject to their Terms and conditions. Flowers2Gift.com is not liable in relation to the delivery of order through courier agencies or any third party.
For all the courier delivered orders, the delivery date is approximate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen date of delivery.
Please note that delivery date is non-binding and depends on the availability of the product, the destination to which you want the product to be shipped and other circumstances.
No deliveries are made by courier agencies on a Sunday and Public Holidays and sometimes there can be some delays due to holidays and strikes.
Courier agencies may not call prior to delivering the order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
Using your invoice number and other tracking details you can easily track your packet and make arrangements, if needed, to receive it.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
If recipient is unavailable, Courier Company will attempt delivery twice before the parcel returns back to the origin point. If in case the delivery is not executed during these attempts, you shall still be charged for the order.
If shipping/delivery address/details are wrong or premises are locked or the recipient refuses to accept the order, the order shall be considered as complete. You shall still be charged for the order. Flowers2Gift.com will not be liable for any refund and compensation.
